Ego’s Finance Reporting and Services Manager, My-Duyen Nguyen, has been recognised at the 2023 Esker Impact Awards, being named the Biggest Champion in the Source-to-Pay category.
Ego engaged Esker in 2020 to provide a digital invoicing solution that would integrate with our existing SAP accounting system, and the Biggest Champion Award recognises the hard work involved in the successful implementation.
“Ego’s team went above and beyond, making the most of Esker's ‘out of the box’ solution, with a few customisations to suit ‘the Ego way’, and were able to maximise the solution to increase productivity,” said My-Duyen.
“I’m honoured to accept this award on behalf of Ego’s broader Esker implementation team, as it was earned by not just me, but the people at Ego I work with” said My-Duyen.
Since implementing Esker, Ego has seen improved governance and efficiency across Ego.
By consolidating our invoices in a centralized digital platform, all employees and managers can conveniently access and review their respective invoices on Esker for real-time status updates. Esker's workflow system and approval limits contribute to enhanced transparency and accountability in monitoring expenses.
In addition to this, implementing Esker for invoicing saves Ego from printing 70,000 pages each year.
The entire Esker implementation project was completed virtually between Ego's Esker project team (pictured below) and Esker's implementation team.
This is the third time that Ego has been recognised at the Esker Impact awards since engaging Esker to provide a digital invoicing solution in 2020.
Ego was named the winner of the Procure-to-Pay: Best Results category in 2021, and was a Finalist in the Procure-to-Pay: Advocate of the Year category in 2022.
