This recognition highlights Jane’s outstanding contributions to the healthtech sector, and her role in building Ego into a global innovator.

Since 2015, these awards have celebrated women driving progress and equity in healthtech while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion across the industry.

The awards ceremony, was held on UNESCO's International Day of Women and Girls in Science, bringing together industry leaders and government representatives, and reinforcing the importance of fostering an inclusive and innovative healthtech industry .

Ego remains committed to advancing gender equity in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and maths). With women comprising 44% of Ego's Science and Operations department, we continue to create pathways for greater female participation and leadership in STEM careers. Jane’s recognition underscores the impact of strong, inclusive leadership in shaping our industry.
