Ego Pharmaceuticals has moved up 14 places, being named at number 341 on the IBISWorld 2024 Top 500 Private Companies List. 

The annual lis considers company revenue over the latest 12-month accounting period, as well as the number of staff employed.

Founded in Melbourne in 1953 by husband and wife Gerald and Rae Oppenheim, Ego Pharmaceuticals now employs over 680 staff globally.

The organisation remains Australian family owned and operated, with all products still being manufactured in Victoria.
