Ego Pharmaceuticals was honoured to host HE Mr Ridwaan Jadwat, Australian Ambassador to the UAE and Special Envoy to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, at our Dubai office. His Excellency was accompanied by Ms Bryony Hilless, Consul-General Dubai, and General Manager Middle East, Africa and Pakistan, Ms Elizabeth Wood, First Secretary, Australian Embassy, Abu Dhabi and Ms Jasin Thaj, Director - Health, Austrade, Dubai.
In addition, Global Victoria was represented by Ms Gönül Serbest, Commissioner for Victoria to Europe, Middle East, Türkiye and Africa, Ms Lamia Damerje, Trade Director to Europe, Middle East, Türkiye and Africa, Ms Leonore Marteville, Strategic Advisor Europe and Ms Raeda El Khoury, Trade Director Middle East, Africa and Türkiye.
Hosted by Mark Lewis, Regional Business Manager EMEA, Ramy Azmy, General Manager UAE, Jason Arnheim, General Counsel, Demelza West, Regional Marketing Manager, Dr Azzam Alwani, Chief Regulatory Officer and Elsayed Kamal, Regional Sales Manager. Also in attendance were representatives from Ego's valued UAE distributor, Pharmatrade.
The visit provided the Ego Middle East team an opportunity to provide His Excellency an update on Ego's growing business in the UAE. His Excellency was able to tour Ego's office and meet a range of Ego staff, proudly representing quality Australian made skincare products throughout the UAE. It also provided an opportunity to receive an update from His Excellency on the important work ongoing in relation to the proposed Australia/UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement.
