This year marks the 65th anniversary for Ego Pharmaceuticals and the week has brought together many of the Ego employees from around the globe, to share ideas and talk about the plans ahead for the company, the skincare products it makes, and provide continued education and training.
The week had events where all staff where invited, including a celebratory evening at the iconic MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground). A total of 475 Ego employees attended the evening and Alan Oppenheim took advantage of the night to recognise staff tenure from 5 to 30 years of employment and their contribution to the company. The delegates had the opportunity to tour both the manufacturing plant and the newly built commercial offices to see first-hand the high quality facilities and meet some of the important people involved in creating the award winning products.
The official opening of the conference saw representatives from across the nation bring in the flag of their country and a welcome to the land from Uncle Ian Hunter. The Ego board of directors were present for the session that included presentations about the company that aligned to the reasons Ego continues to be a success story.
Ego exists for people who want healthy skin. We make our products in Australia for the people of the world.
